Smartpresence was founded by our Director of Products and Services, Corey McCarthy, and our Director of Sales, John Kandiliotis, in April 2012. Corey and JK had previously worked together for over 10 years and had single-handedly designed and deployed the majority of New Zealand’s managed service video environments.

Smartpresence has now helped countless organisations, including the New Zealand Fire Service, ACC, Statistics New Zealand, Ministry for Social Development and the Greater Wellington Regional Council, embrace the benefits of video conferencing and other audio visual products and services.
We also provide equipment, technical services and support for Vivid Solutions who manage the largest, privately-owned video conferencing network in Australasia encompassing all 20 New Zealand District Health Boards.
